Unbeatable location, cheery staff, spotless venue, good hot breakfast. The accommodation is close to a museum and city walls. What's more, getting to botanical gardens on foot takes about 10 mins. Fast check-in, late check-out.

The property was efficient, the staff was polite, everything else was cool too. The hotel has ideal location close enough to York centre, restaurants and the train station. I got free upgrade and loved it. The staff did all they can for a pleasant overnight stay.

Marvellous service, REALLY VERY GOOD location and continental breakfast. Everyone were happy to help, absolutely helpful staff. We had the studio suite which was great value and good value for money. Beautiful garden and very clean pool.

The location was great, perfect for a weekend trip. We liked the convenience of the studio, as well as a dishwasher, a flat-screen television and a sitting area etc.

This hotel was perfect and great. The bed was comfortable, and there were a dishwasher, a heating system and a dining area too. When we came, the host met us and was helpful. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Stopped by M&s Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's extremely close to the venue, recommend. Unique base for 1 night.
